| bio |
I grew up (and currently live) in the middle of Amish country. I attended public school, private school, and eventually settled on home schooling.
I took interest in music, art, writing, photography, sports, and computers at a young age. My skills in these fields were mediocre at best,
computers being the exception. With that in mind, I chose to pursue a career in information technology.
During my last three semesters of earning a degree in Computer Network Engineering Technology, I worked as a computer technician for
a contract manufacturing company. From September 2008 to June 2011, I developed virtual queuing software for call centers, while
finishing a degree in Computer Programming & Database, and another in Information Technology.
Currently, I develop web-based software for small businesses (payroll, hiring, tax, HR, time). I have been a part of several different development projects
including database, mobile, and install shield, but my main focus and coding enjoyment is .NET web development using C#.
